Always give good updates on progress, are able to diagnose problems efficiently and ultimately get them resolved. The pricing is competitive and the gentleman are polite and tidy as well. Nick and Andy turned up on time to look at the roof and locate the problem, the quote was given promptly (no waiting for months like i did with others), the job was booked and they turned up on time. I contacted Nick to make extensive repairs on my brothers house in Darwen and I would highly recommend Darwen Roofing Services. From the initial conversation through to quotation the service was highly professional with detailed photographs provided of similar repairs in the area. The entire work was done in 3-4 weeks and this was across both Christmas and some difficult periods of high winds. During the actual work progress was shown through WhatApp photo's which clearly showed the difficulties in the repairs and high degree of care and attention. I was provided both with an invoice prior to paying the bill and a receipt afterwards detailing the warranty for the work undertaken. The work is of the highest quality and I will be using Darwen Roofing Services for my own future roof repairs.
